Hi, I’m Kelsey, a lifelong health enthusiast. But three years ago, I found myself struggling in ways I never expected. Despite eating clean and working out consistently, I felt off. My body was inflamed, my energy was drained, and the scariest part? I lost all feeling in my arm.
At the time, I had recently gotten breast implants. Deep down, I had a gut feeling that these foreign objects were wreaking havoc on my health. I ignored it for a while, but when my symptoms became impossible to ignore, I knew I had to take action. I made the decision to have them removed immediately—and that’s when everything changed.
During my healing process, I realized I had been mouth breathing for years, likely due to all the inflammation my body had been carrying. I started using mouth tape to train my body to breathe through my nose, and the results were life-changing. I had better sleep, more energy, and my overall health drastically improved.
But there was one problem: the mouth tape on the market was awful. Every morning, I’d wake up and rip off a layer of skin along with the tape. It was irritating, painful, and not sustainable. That’s when I had an idea—I needed to create a mouth tape that worked, but without the discomfort.

My name is Bri and I’ve been a wellness enthusiast and in the wellness industry for 10 years. In 2024, I found that I was having a hard time sleeping with running a business full time, buying a home with my fiancé, and planning our wedding. My best friend Kelsey told me about how well she was sleeping from her mouth tape so I decided to give it a try and I LOVED it. I slept better than I ever had. The only problem was that we couldn’t find a brand that made mouth tape that was gentler on our skin. We had worked in the skincare and wellness industry together for 6 years so we knew how important it was to protect our skin barrier. So, we started brainstorming and came up with an idea that we know so many people will love.
We spent over a year researching, testing, and perfecting a solution. That’s when we discovered nipple tape material—a game-changer. It’s hypoallergenic, breathable, flexible, and most importantly, easy to remove.
And that’s how Seald™ was born.
